whats new?

hey there people

well alots been happening happening at UrbanWalkAbout recently. we have had a feature done in the Live Out Loud magazine, for which we are truly thankful. its an awesoem feature and we hope that people are able to enjoy and understand our brand and what we are doing.
the WHL platform for Johannebsurg was hard launched, www.destination-johannebsurg.com. it is truly an exciting project and we are really making progress to taking the online booking platform forward for the city.

we have been busy working and networking with different clients. conducted soem great tours, and met some interesting people from Italy, Russia and even the US, South Carolina to be exact. thanks to all the patrons and we look forward to seeing you guys again.

I have also been involved with The Economist, yes the Economist. The Economist has recently launched a great blog called the unexpected. it is about the city of Johannesburg and I have been writing for the blog as the Urbanist. go ahead and check it out at www.theunexpected.co.za. drop some comments while you there.

on Monday i had the pleasure of being featured in one of the vidoes for the blog and had to take a really cool camera crew around the city. had them eating out of my hand, well not actually but did take them to have a Wits Special and traverse the city and catch some of the great highlights of the city. was an awesome experience.

alos be on the lookout for our new pricing guide from August 2009. we will also be launching a few new products to the ones we currently serve.
